MANY WOMEN OFTEN MISUSE THE GENDER-BIASED LAWS
Many women mis-use the provisions of 498a, Domestic Violence Act & other gender biased laws to settle personal scores or matrimonial litigations. But ATUR CHATUR feels that you need to fight back with RTI & PERJURY as the best fight back tools.
FORMULA IS AS FOLLOWS:-
The courts/ police/ indian system gives a lot of valus to the words of a woman. They value it so much that a man is often first put to jail just due to the false blames/ claims of a woman. Even Indian System/ Indian Legislation believes woman to be abla nari & near like goddess treatment is given to her. I myself feel this is necessary because I & U & WE all have women in our families & we highly respect this safe environment. But we need to protect only the genuine women. And those women who file false cases must be given answer legally through RTI & PERJURY. The formula is listed below.
FORMULA
Since the PS/Police & Courts believe in the SANCTITY of women & they try to harm your reputation & precious years just due to this sanctity, hence you need to just prove that this woman who filed false case/s on you has no sanctity. To prove this you need help of audio/ video equipments, RTI's & Perjury as primary tools. The secondary tools are CrPC 91, Order XI Rule 1 (Interrogatory), Speedy Trial (21-B), Contempt & other methods like TEP, dp3 & a lots more
